It isn’t just about Gosnell

The pro-abortion media, politicians and false teachers want to pretend that Kermit Gosnell, convicted baby-killer, was a rogue abortionist.  But as you might expect, people who kill babies for a living don’t mind breaking the laws surrounding how to kill babies for a living.  And the phonies who pretend that Gosnell is some lone monster are have blood on their hands.

Here’s one example of many from Abortion Doc After Baby Born Alive: “What could I do? I killed the baby.”

Davis also reveals what Dr. Tucker told her about an event that happened at one of the clinics he ran, a different clinic from the one where he employed Davis.

According to her testimony:

Then one day, Dr. Tucker came back to Alabama, where I was. He had been working in Mississippi. He said, “I had a real hard time in Mississippi, we had a problem and you need to go out and try to calm down the employees.”

I said, “What happened?”

He said, “There was a girl who came in for an abortion. I thought she was eighteen weeks. She ended up being closer to term. I inserted the laminaria and she went into labor. She went into labor and delivered a live, healthy baby.”

I said, “What did you do?”

He said, “What could I do? I killed the baby. But all the employees are really upset, so you need to go and take care of this.”

Remember that technically speaking the crimes of these “doctors” are that they killed the babies a few seconds too late.  But all abortions, except the very rare occasions to save the life of the mother, are just as immoral as killing the baby outside the womb.  Don’t let people forget that.

Where are the false teachers who pretended to care about Gosnell?

When the outcry over the media and false teacher silence on Kermit Gosnell got to be too much, they trotted out a few crocodile tears to pretend they cared about him killing babies 30 seconds too late.  But they know — or should know — how many other abortionists are just like him.  People who kill babies for a living aren’t great at following the baby-killing rules.  The silence of the fakes on these cases just adds to their guilt and hypocricy.

Via Nurses describe ‘unsafe’ conditions at Delaware abortion clinic.

Mitchell-Werbrich said she worked a total of 27 days at Planned Parenthood’s Wilmington and Dover sites before she resigned in August 2012. “I feared that a patient was going to end up being harmed and that I would lose my nursing license.”

She said she witnessed “meat-market-style, assembly-line abortions,” with patients “rushed in and out the door.”

Words matter: The Democrats are pro-abortion, not pro-choice

I’ve mentioned this before and will probably only mention it six or seven more times, so please read carefully.  Do not let the pro-abortion people get away with using terms such as pro-choice or reproductive choice.  It is easy to show how false those are.  And don’t let them call you anti-abortion or anti-choice without taking the time to explain why they are correct on that claim.  You can take what they mean as a personal attack and use it to our advantage.

I used to try and be charitable and refer to pro-abortion people as pro-choice.  I preferred to get into the facts and logic and didn’t want to get people distracted by thinking we were just calling them names.  But with the latest platform of the Democratic party the most accurate term for them is pro-abortion.

The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay. We oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right.

We should take the time to explain why pro-abortion is the correct term.  If you insist on taxpayer-funding of abortions, that is the opposite of choice.  Your are forcing pro-life people to pay for abortions.  And you are claiming that we don’t have enough abortions and that society will be better if we have more.  They don’t want them to be rare, they want more of them.  Those claims aren’t pro-choice, they are pro-abortion.

The majority of those who identify as “pro-choice” agree that abortion should be illegal after the first trimester, that women should have a 24 hour waiting period before having the abortion, that parental consent should be required for teens and that taxpayers shouldn’t have to fund abortions.  That makes Obama and anyone supporting the Democrat’s platform the extremists.

Consider how many people who identify as pro-choice agree with pro-life positions on specific topics, then consider how radical the Democrats’ platform is (unrestricted taxpayer-funded abortions at any time, including “partial-birth abortions”/infanticide).

Regarding “reproductive choice” or “reproductive health,” just point out the irrefutable scientific fact that a new human being is created at fertilization.  Therefore, abortions are designed to kill human beings who have already been reproduced.  Perverse organizations like the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice have self-refuting names.  It may seem subtle, but explaining how their pet terms are false undermines their credibility and helps point to the science and logic that are on our side.

These suggestions may seem unimportant, but they can make a big difference.  The Left uses terms to their advantage all the time, such as “marriage equality” and the pro-abortion phrases noted above.  Don’t let them get away with it.  By politely pointing out how pro-abortion their policies are and how “reproductive choice” is about birth control and not abortion we can plant seeds and persuade the middle ground about the truth.

Also, use verbal Judo and turn attack phrases such as “anti-choice” or “anti-abortion” back on them.  Just say, “Why yes, I am anti-abortion.  Abortions kill innocent but unwanted human beings without adequate justification, so I oppose them.  Thanks for noticing!  You should oppose them, too.”  I’m beginning to prefer the term anti-abortion over pro-life.  It is accurate and it spells out the word they hate to say: Abortion.

Regarding “anti-choice,” just ask them to complete the phrase and then agree with them: “You are using ‘choice’ in the sense of choosing to crush and dismember an innocent but unwanted human being without adequate justification, so I am against that choice.  You should be, too.  But I favor all sorts of other choices for women: Whom to marry, what career to choose, the freedom to speak out against “same-sex marriage,” whether to fund abortions of other people, whether to own a gun, what size soft-drink to consume, whether to home school, and more.  How do you feel about all of those choices?”

Why is there a mainstream media blackout on the Gosnell live-birth abortion trial?

This is as spectacularly gruesome as any case you’ll ever read about in the media — Gosnell Worker: Baby Screamed During Live-Birth “Abortion.”

Today’s testimony during the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell was no less shocking than previous days. Today, a former employee described how she heard a baby scream during a live-birth abortion.

Abortion clinic employee Sherry West described an incident which “really freaked (her) out” and related to the jury how she heard a child who was born alive following an abortion scream.

West remembered how she referred to the dead children killed in these gruesome abortion procedures as “specimens” so she could avoid the mental trauma associated with know how they died.

Why does the media go full-tilt for so many other cases yet completely ignore one as bizarre as this?

The answer, of course, is that they 90+% pro-abortion extremists and will do anything they can to cover up these murders and the filthy conditions at the abortuary.

If you haven’t heard of this case you need to seriously expand your media consumption.  There is no way you are getting any sort of balance to your news.

Pro-abortion race-baiting false teacher pretends to care for black people

Race-baiting Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie is a radical pro-abortion extremist who knows that the Democrat’s platform of taxpayer-funded abortions will increase abortions in the black community compared to whites by even more than the current 3x rate.  Yet he does sermons about MLK (apparently everything about Jesus has already been said?!) and pretends to care for black people — Building The Beloved Community: A Sermon To Celebrate The Ministry of The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr..

Planned Parenthood kills more blacks in a week than the KKK ever did.  But that isn’t enough for Chuck.  We need taxpayer-funded abortions so more of these poor blacks can be killed.  What better way for Chuck to “help” the least of these?

Hollywood stars ignore current Bill of Rights while lobbying for a new one

Via Pro-Abortion Movie Stars Push New “Bill of Reproductive Rights” we find many more reasons to ignore actors.  They are eager to ignore the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights, so I’m not sure why they think we should care about their new list of “rights.”

A who’s who of Hollywood is behind a new campaign sponsored by the pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Rights supporting an online campaign for a Bill of Reproductive Rights. The campaign complains about Republicans and pro-lifers who oppose the Obama HHS abortion mandate that forces religious groups to pay for abortion-causing drugs.

It is hard to fathom just how ignorant they are.  For starters, “reproductive rights” would apply to birth control, not abortion.  Abortions are specifically performed to kill unwanted human beings that have already been reproduced.  That is a scientific fact.

And note how aggressive they are about forcing their pro-abortion beliefs on others.  What happened to “pro-choice?”  When you insist that others must pay for your abortions then you are long past “choice.”

“Every day, the opponents of our fundamental reproductive rights are passing laws designed to take those rights away,” Streep says in a video for the campaign. “They’re shutting down doctors and clinics across the nation. They’re making it nearly impossible for millions of women to get the essential healthcare they need.”

Killing innocent but unwanted human beings is the opposite of healthcare.

The Bill of Reproductive Rights petitions call for “a full range of safe, affordable and readily accessible reproductive healthcare,” including abortion and say Americans have the right to “make our own decisions about our reproductive health and future, free from intrusion or coercion.”

They insist on the “right” to “make our own decisions about our reproductive health and future, free from intrusion or coercion” while using coercion to intrude into the wallets of those who disagree with them.  They pretend to want others out of their sex lives while demanding that we not only get involved but to pay to kill the innocent byproducts of their private lives.

The full petition reads:

“We the people of the United States hereby assert the following as fundamental human rights that no government may deny, and that our governments at every level must guarantee and safeguard for all.

1. The right to make our own decisions about our reproductive health and future, free from intrusion or coercion by any government, group, or individual.

In that case they should afford those same rights to the unborn.

2. The right to a full range of safe, affordable, and readily accessible reproductive health care including pregnancy care, preventive services, contraception, abortion, and fertility treatment—and accurate information about all of the above.

3. The right to be free from discrimination in access to reproductive health care or on the basis of our reproductive decisions.

These science-haters appear to be ignorant of the scientific fact that a new human being is created at fertilization. I’m too pro-science to be pro-choice — or pro-abortion, as the Democrats have officially become.

Good question: Obesity in Christian churches: what happened to the sin of gluttony?  We don’t need to be triathletes or super models, but if we really love our friends and family we’ll take reasonable care of our health so as not to be a burden on them or the church.  Just eat a little less, eat a little healthier and exercise a little more.

I suspect we’ll have to wait until the next administration is in place to determine the truth about the White House leaks.  Remember, this is the guy who created the gutsycall website to boast about the Bin Laden kill.

Asked during the morning event about the series of leaks from his administration and their oh-so-coincidentally complimentary view of his own leadership, Obama pronounced himself offended by the insinuation that his team would leak sensitive information in an election year to save their jobs.

Planned Parenthood, the “pro-women” abortion outfit, will gladly break the law and kill your daughter for the crime of being a girl — provided that you don’t talk about it too much.

But remember, Republicans are anti-women.

I’ve updated my Planned Parenthood overview with their hypocrisy on gender-selection abortions and how they encourage employees to lie to investigators.  The 2nd link has some great information for abortion clinic employees.  There is a ministry that helps them financially and emotionally if they want to get out of that Satanic business.  A fantastic message of truth, warning and hope from the former director of the College Station Planned Parenthood (she was their 2008 employee of the year, but converted).

A provocative question: Which artist caused the most harm?

Photographer and philosopher Laszlo Bencze offers a surprising answer, and it is relevant to ID.

Was it Picasso with his cubistically distorted female portraits?

Was it Joseph Albers with his huge and hugely boring square canvases depicting squares?

Was it Andy Warhol and his banal pop images?

Was it Robert Maplethorpe and his blatantly pornographic photographs?

No.

It was Michelangelo who chose to depict God in such a profoundly powerful manner that no member of Western Civilization can escape thinking of God creating Adam—their forefingers just having touched—on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. There’s a reason God tells us not to attempt to depict Him. It’s not that some cheap, silly, inept, awkward, or satirical image might diminish Him. It’s that some truly great artist might create an image so compelling that it would ever after define and limit Him.

Satan is evil, not stupid

And he doesn’t mind being a hypocrite.

Here’s an example that gets repeated hundreds, if not thousands of times per day: Via his useful idiots in media, education and apostate churches, Satan tempts women to get abortions by filling their minds with all sorts of lies about how killing their unwanted children will solve their problems.

Then right after the abortion he’ll be glad to tell them how awful and unforgivable they are for killing their own kids.  He’ll remind them of that as often as he can for the rest of their lives.  Hypocrisy?  Sure, but what does he care?  He has helped kill another human being made in the image of God and distanced another person from God.

He’ll even entice women to have a 2nd abortion even though they feel guilty about the first one.  Why?  Because they believe the lie that anyone who had an abortion doesn’t deserve to be a mother.  Illogical?  Yes, but again, he doesn’t care about consistency.

I heard of one couple who knew they had done wrong in having an abortion, but thought that meant they couldn’t go to church.  Whose idea was that?  By definition, churches should welcome lost sinners who want to repent and be healed.

But there is good news and hope: Even people who have been involved in abortions can get forgiveness and healing through Jesus.  One of the best things that Pregnancy Resource Centers do — besides savings lives today and for eternity — is offering post-abortion trauma counseling to women who desperately need it.  And they all need it, whether they know it or not.

If you were part of the abortion process, don’t let Satan win and keep you from God.  Help is out there from people who truly care.

Sex out of wedlock = sin. Getting pregnant = not a sin.

That should be obvious, right?  But think about how our society perceives it.  Being pregnant out of wedlock is evidence of a sin, but isn’t a sin itself.  Yet our culture insists that having an abortion to destroy the evidence isn’t a sin.  And countless apostate churches and false teachers agree with the culture.

Run, don’t walk, from “churches” that can’t state the simple truth that it is immoral to kill innocent but unwanted human beings.  The odds are incredibly high that they hold other false views, such as denying the authority and accuracy of scripture, the exclusivity and deity of Jesus, etc.

Always be prepared to point people in crisis pregnancies to your local Pregnancy Resource Center.  They’ll find all sorts of Bible-based support, and you may be helping to save lives today and for eternity.

Pro-abortion lawmakers too clever for their own good with Viagra stunt

See Third female lawmaker introduces bill to limit men’s Viagra access and notice how they trip themselves up in their copycat attempts to be clever.  When people talk about this news topic, just point out some of the transparently true things below.

Democratic Ohio state Sen. Nina Turner is the third female lawmaker to introduce a bill that would limit men’s access to Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs to make a statement about the dozens of anti-abortion bills that have passed statehouses around the country over the last year.

Question number one: How many innocent yet unwanted human beings are destroyed when Viagra is taken?  Answer: Zero.

Turner is opposed to a proposed bill that would prohibit abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected, which can happen as early as six weeks into a pregnancy.

Yep.  Most abortions stop beating hearts.  All of them kill innocent human beings.

The Dayton Daily News reports that Turner’s bill would mandate that men seeking Viagra be “tested for heart problems, receive counseling about possible side effects and receive information about ‘pursuing celibacy as a viable lifestyle choice.'”

No problem with counseling about side effects.  My guess is that the doctors already ask about heart problems.

Turner said on MSNBC Monday that the bill is about showing “men as much love in the reproductive health arena as they have shown us over the years.

Bzzzt.  Reproductive health is about birth control methods that prevent fertilization.  Anything that operates post-fertilization is abortive and kills a human being that has already been reproduced.

My Senate Bill 307 is all about the love and making sure we look out for men’s sexual health.”

. . .

Turner is one of several female Democratic state lawmakers who are wielding the power of sarcasm to protest a wave of anti-abortion legislation.

In January, Virginia state Sen. Janet Howell introduced an amendment to the state’s controversial ultrasound bill, which required women seeking abortions to first undergo a vaginal ultrasound. The amendment, which failed, said that all men seeking Viagra would have to first get a rectal exam.

Wow, these pro-aborts sure are funny.  Do they protest Planned Parenthood for the vaginal ultrasounds performed before abortions are done?  Shouldn’t they be the ones pushing for these ultrasounds to ensure that the abortions are “safe?”

Missouri state Rep. Stacey Newman, a Democrat, introduced legislation that would allow men to get vasectomies only if their life depended upon the procedure, which was similar to Georgia state Rep. Yasmin Neal’s bill.

They are so full of the LOLs!  Abortion is funny!

According to the abortion rights group the Guttmacher Institute, a record-breaking 92 new abortion-restricting laws were passed in 2011. Two of those laws mandated that women have ultrasounds and look at the images before being allowed to get an abortion.

That’s great news!  Think of all the lives saved.
