Democrat Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist “Church” is still a Democrat

I love pointing out that Democrat Fred Phelps is a Democrat. The typical reaction from those on the Left is denial and disbelief. They just know that he must be a Republican, even though there is a good reason that the media never mentions his party affiliation.  After all, why would the Leftist media leave out such a key fact as his political affiliation (he actually ran for office) while they are trying to paint him as a right-winger? Oh, wait, I answered my own question.

Of course I’m not trying to imply that all Democrats are like Fred. I’m pointing to just another example of media bias and how they leave out key facts to distort the truth.

I encourage others to point out his official party affiliation every time that he or his Westboro Baptist “church” are mentioned.

Don’t just take my word for it or even that of (eek!) Wikipedia.  Go here and search for yourself — https://myvoteinfo.voteks.org/VoterView/RegistrantSearch.do .

Thoughts on the “Occupy Wall Street” self-parody

I’d rather be part of the 53% movement (workers who pay taxes) than the 99% movement (covetous, spoiled whiners who fail at basic economics).

1. The OWS (Occupy Wall Street) movement is sad.  I see lots of college-educated people who can’t see how ridiculous this movement is.  They live in a liberal echo-chamber and never consume any conservative media, so they are hopelessly uninformed.  They spout inane things finally making the rich pay, even though the top earners pay wildly disproportionate amounts of taxes.

2. They tend to be petty and bitter as well.  They continually refer to the Tea Party by the “teabagger” pejorative.  I guess they must be homophobes, because why else would they call conservatives the term of a gay sex act?  Haters!  Hate speech!

3. The anti-capitalists have rightly been mocked for using all sorts of capitalist tools to convey their message.  And they’ll need capitalists to clean up the filth they are leaving behind.

4. Do they really expect us to believe that 99% of the country is poor?  Have these people ever seen real poverty?  They should get outside of the U.S. sometime.  I’ve met countless people who would love to upgrade to being “poor” in America.

5.  Sad but true.  But they are the tolerant ones, right?

6. Their hero and leader, Barack Obama, got 20% of his record funding from Wall Street and he took more money from them than any candidate, ever.  His fans don’t know that so they don’t see the hypocrisy.

7. This is not a grass roots thing.

Roundup

I used to appreciate the ministry of Norm Geisler but I’ve been really disappointed in how he helped cover up the Ergun Caner scandal.

Organized Medical Fraud at Wisconsin Protests – Oh, but it is all for the children, right?  I wonder what other unethical things these doctors do.  This link has a video.

Many of the protesters at the Capitol in Wisconsin have been cheating their students by playing hooky, shafting their coworkers by skipping out, and defrauding the taxpayers by malingering. They did this so that they could attempt to overturn last November’s elections while evading some of the consequences of abandoning their professional responsibilities.

Bernard Nathanson, a famous convert from abortionist to pro-lifer died recently.

He was one of the architects of the pro-abortion movement, a president of NARAL, and an abortionist who oversaw the destruction of 75,000 babies. As part of this, he and his colleagues made up statistics about the number of women hurt or killed from illegal abortions.  He performed late-term abortions, and admitted once that 80% of those abortions were on healthy women with healthy babies.

Then, he converted to the pro-life movement, aided by the advent of foetal ultrasound.  Doctor Nathanson then became one of the most prominent members of the pro-life community and an advocate for the humanity of the unborn.

Guess Where I Found Predominantly, Overwhelmingly White Crowds? – Oops, sorry, I forgot that the race card is only for bashing conservatives.  The link has a nice summary of the race-baiting done when covering conservative rallies but it appears no sources were available where the MSM bemoans the lily white crowds at the pro-union protests in Wisconsin.

This is hugely important: What are the economic effects of the green environmentalist agenda? Once again the environmental extremists cause catastrophic economic damage that wouldn’t be justified even if their environmental goals were met.  But to make things worse, they don’t even solve what they claimed they would.  This is like the dishwasher detergent issue, only much worse.

Wisconsin civility update: Have you seen the MSM go nuts over the protestors’ signs threatening to rape conservative news women and wanting the Governor dead?  They also posted home addresses of legislators so they could be harassed there.  Charming.  Here’s a good summary of the hate.

The Abortion Rights Movement Makes Heroes out of Child-killers

Remember the notorious Pennsylvania abortionist exposed in January, whose practices even the secular media labeled as inhuman and monstrous? (See my blog post.) Well, here is yet another abortionist, James Pendergraft, in an honored place in a prochoice march just a few years ago, defending his right to make millions of dollars killing children. Read this account of how he is now performing a new method of late-term abortion in the DC area.

More sounds of silence

I was eager to see the pro-abortion bloggers rail against this murderer, but it hasn’t happened: Pro-abortion shooter murders two pro-lifers, pro-abortion groups silent « Wintery Knight Blog.  They boo-hoo’d over the death of their hero George Tiller, but are strangely silent on this one (except for the commenters who are rejoicing that a pro-lifer was murdered).  Doesn’t this lone gunman represent all the pro-choicers?  Didn’t their hateful rhetoric lead to this murder?

[crickets]

These good “Christian” folks are too busy lamenting the “wackjob” citizens with only “hate and fear” to offer who had the nerve to exercise their First Amendment rights, unlike the universally peaceful Liberals making bomb threats

It is amusing watching the childish name calling by Liberals who will do and say almost anything to avoid talking about the content of the issues.

I’m really encouraged to see Obama uniting the country — though in ways he never dreamed of.  I didn’t even realize there was a big rally going on this weekend (contrary to what the Stereotype Land folks believe I don’t listen to Rush or watch Beck, though I have nothing against their shows).  Yet look how many attended.  The numbers are all over the place, but it was certainly a massive turnout.
