The news media AND theologically Liberal “Christian” leaders are to blame for Obama

Everything written in Obama’s Travesty of Leadership: The News Media Shares Culpability applies to the false teachers* who helped Obama get elected twice.  They either knew or should have known what he was really like.  We Bible-believing conservatives knew!

Before he ran for President, Obama’s short careers as a lawyer and politician were studded with events that clearly indicated a weak character that would be dangerous in the presidency: representing Chicago slumlords and getting poor people—African-Americans, no less—thrown into the street in freezing weather, and winning elections via crony David Axelrod’s underhanded means. But the news media widely chose to not publicize those events: chose to instead glamorize Obama. He was from Harvard, brilliant, a gifted communicator, even our savior: hail Obama, minus the stiff-armed salute.

Some indications suggest, and were largely ignored by most major news media companies, that even in high school and undergraduate and graduate school, Obama showed a suspect character. By his own admission, he used drugs every day and skipped class in high school. His supporters, including those working for major news media companies, apparently thought this made him cool.

Since becoming president, Obama’s questionable character has shown itself repeatedly: his “green-energy” program, which looks like a means to repay rich, fat-cat campaign donors; his “fast-and-furious” gun scandal, which apparently entailed illegally selling US guns to Mexican drug dealers so they’d use the guns to kill people and create anti-gun fervor in the US; his continual, and very public, practice of encouraging supporters to aggressively attack those opposing him, so they’d do exactly what his supporters embedded within the IRS have done. Like a common bully, he publicly jeers at and insults his opposition, and his supporters love every word of it. They support him for who and what he is; because he divides rather than unites Americans; because he seeks to publicly humiliate half the US population; because he plays dirty; because he talks a smooth line of bologna.

Throughout all of this, most major news media companies have either remained silent or even defended Obama. Thus encouraged, he became bolder. His character, already weak, folded completely, and his arrogance, which has filtered throughout his administration, has run amok: widespread, unmonitored use of drones for killing . . . some people, we don’t know for sure whom; arming Mexican drug lords; domestic spying and harassment. You name it. He’s even grossly misrepresented his Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, named “Obamacare” erroneously because he neither conceived of nor wrote it. It doesn’t “provide healthcare for 30 millions Americans,” as he’s said. It provides health insurance, and the two are usually opposed to each other; health insurers work to minimize costs by minimizing and/or denying care. The federal government, already deeply into the healthcare business, is now in the health insurance business as well, and our beloved, trustworthy IRS is in charge.

The two best ways to love your family and save a ton of money

1. Keep yourself fit.

2. Work on your marriage.

Seriously.  There are a lot of great money management ideas out there, but those two will make the most difference.

If you keep yourself fit — and I don’t mean tri-athlete fit, just moderate exercise/eat fairly well/don’t abuse alcohol and drugs type fit — you will save massive amounts of money on health care.  If you haven’t already figured it out, Obamacare will be a disaster for this country, with higher costs and worse care.  You can’t avoid some illnesses, but you’d be surprised how many things you can prevent.  Just do some kind of exercise/activities you enjoy and eat decently (eat a little less, eat a little healthier).

And you won’t just save money, you’ll be loving your family.  And you’ll feel better and work better.  Who would want to unnecessarily burden their spouse and kids with their health problems?

And if you work on your marriage you’ll prevent a divorce, which would cost you dearly. I was teaching a Sunday School class on the Fireproof movie once and asked how many couple have so much extra money that they could afford a second household.  No hands were raised.

And this isn’t just for young couples.  I have seen far too many couples divorce who had been married 20+ years.  If you get complacent things could unravel.  Plan ahead for empty nests and ensure that you still have common interests.  Ballroom dancing has been great for us, but it doesn’t matter if it is motor cycling, bowling, or whatever.  Just do something together regularly that you both enjoy.

So spend some time on your marriage and save big.  More importantly, that is the best thing you can do to show love to your spouse and your kids.

“If you like this, you’ll love Obamacare!”

The title is what I should have announced to the crowd as I left the Department of Motor Vehicles when getting my licensed renewed (we have to do that in person every few years). As you might expect, the lines were very long (2+ hour wait for a very simple process) and there wasn’t enough parking or seats.

And keep in mind that while most businesses have to work hard to predict how many customers will come in on a given day, the DMV has it pretty easy. What could be more predictable than renewals? And these are the same government organizations that charge you extra to pay online, even though that saves time, money and fossil fuels for all involved.

So the question for anyone in favor of Obamacare is, “What makes you think that your healthcare service will improve?” There will be no incentives for them to perform any better. Who cares if you don’t like your service? Where else will you go? And it won’t just be your time, it will be your health. They’ll give you what they want to, when they want to, and any complaints you have will be far removed from anyone with the power to do anything about it.

And if you don’t know that Obamacare will necessarily lead to “death panels” and forced abortions (“either abort or pay for 100% of the costs yourselves, in cash”) then you don’t know how these people work.

Friendly tip for the guy wearing the “Drunk as sh!t” t-shirt: Maybe you should pick out something else when you are coming to get your license.

False teacher, false dichotomy

False teacher Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie  took a break from taking little girls to gay pride parades to offer a common but fallacious false dichotomy about Health Care vs. Bullets.  He probably uses the same bad logic on education vs. bullets, taxpayer-funded abortion vs. bullets, etc.

GOP leaders in Congress – hoping the U.S. Supreme Court will strike down Obamacare – are looking to reroute funding for health care to military budgets.

Well, duh.  The bill was obviously un-Constitutional.  Anyone who can read knows that.  The only question is whether the judges will have any integrity.

And here’s what is Constitutional: Defending the country — with bullets!  Pacifism is a moral evil.  It is a noble and Christian thing to protect people.  Strong national defense saves lives and prevents wars.  We won the Cold War that way.

It’s a move people of faith must resist.

There’s the predictable “people of faith,” where Chuck dives into being unequally yoked with non-believers (oh, wait, he’s a non-believer himself . . . this gets so complicated!).

Politico reports: If the Supreme Court strikes down the health care reform law, that loss for President Barack Obama could be a win for the Pentagon.

That’s because Congress could find itself flush, thanks to billions of dollars that were allocated to fund “Obamacare” that won’t be spent if parts of the law are knocked down. . . .

Oh, so this is just a hypothetical.  Hey, here’s an idea.  Maybe if we didn’t spend the money at all and just borrowed less for future generations to repay?

The funny thing is that Chuck forgot to pretend that Obamacare saves money.  Oops!  Now, we all knew it would cost hundreds of billions, but Chuck used to spout that talking point that it would save $$ — just another tangled web for him.

For Christians, the responsibility on how to respond is clear.  We need to continue to work towards a health care system that covers every American.  It is our moral obligation.

1. He’s not a Christian.  He denies the essentials.

2. That’s odd for a pro-abortionist who takes little girls to gay pride parades to prattle on about moral obligations.

Robbing people of their health care to expand military budgets is contrary to the values of our faith.

Eek!  Robbing!  That sounds bad.  Oh, wait, the truth is that no one is robbing anyone of anything.  Chuck, like most Liberals, doesn’t understand positive and negative rights. No one has a “right” to healthcare.  And the military budget angle was pure speculations.

And what “values” are those?  More taxpayer-funded abortions, where you truly rob people of their funds to kill innocent but unwanted human beings?

Remember, no system is perfect.  Even if the lie about our system killing 46,000 people per year was true, we’re still 10 times better than England.

False teacher.  False hypothesis.  False dichotomy.

False teacher Chuck Currie leads the cheers for abortionists

False teacher Chuck Currie took a break from taking little girls to gay pride parades to cheer on his heroes, the abortionists.  Via Want To Reduce Abortions?:

Being pro-choice doesn’t mean being pro-abortion.  Abortion ought to be legal, safe and rare.

That’s their fallacious catch phrase, of course.  But they fight safety measures tooth and nail, so that’s a lie on their part.  And Chuck & Co. fight for taxpayer-funded abortions and were even willing to risk losing their entire Obamacare dream over it.   They think that one of the problems in society is that we aren’t crushing and dismembering enough innocent but unwanted human beings in the womb, and that if we only killed more then life would be better and Jesus would be happier.  And they know that taxpayer-funded abortions will increase the rate of black abortions to white from the current 3-to-1 ratio.  Seems kinda racist to me.

It ought to be a real choice that women aren’t forced into making because of financial considerations.

The scientific fact is that a new human being is created at fertilization.  So Chuck and the other fake Christian pro-aborts think it should be a choice to kill innocent but unwanted human beings.  This is the guy whose favorite verse is about the “least of these.”

Between 1990 and 2008, pregnancy and abortion rates for women in their twenties dropped dramatically, a new study revealed today. Pregnancy rates fell by 18 percent, while abortion rates dropped by a third.

Probably because of abstinence education.  Remember that if abortion rates go up the pro-aborts blame abstinence education.

One of the biggest influencing factors in this decrease is the growing accessibility, use, and options for birth control. Contraceptive use is the best way to prevent abortions in the U.S.

Spoken like a true non-Christian.  The best way is for people not to have sex out of wedlock.

It is ironic that those that call themselves pro-life are so often opposed to contraception.  The end result of the Roman Catholic Church’s war on contraception will be increased abortions – not to mention HIV/AIDS, other STDs and preventable cancers.

HIV/AIDS is most prevalent in the gay community — the very people Chuck parades for.

This drop off in the number of abortions in encouraging – and shows that groups like Planned Parenthood are being effective.

Planned Parenthood is a serial hider of statutory rapists, sex traffickers and more. Chuck and the other fake Christians who support Planned Parenthood know that but ignore it.

Chuck Currie still falsely attributing comments to conservatives

See Liberal group tries to silence Religious Freedom to lean about Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie doing what he does best.

“Reverend” Chuck Currie thought it clever to take a screenshot of my tweet, and write a blog post about me. His intent was obvious. Smear my name to try and make the Stand Up Rally irrelevant. It had the opposite effect. One doesn’t have to look far to see where Chuck’s allegiance lies, and it’s not with Christian intention and definitely not with God. Check out his blog, and find many articles praising Obama, Obamacare, attacking Conservatives, and so on. When I tried to defend myself on his blog, he censored me, and also edited my words to smear me even more. The following on his comment board I did NOT write: “I will never apologize for my actions. I stand by them with Conviction. Every word I spoke of is true.”

Wow, Chuck never learns! He did the same thing to me, deleting a comment then falsely attributing words to me. I don’t know how he sleeps at night knowing what a fake he is. Sure, he can masquerade in a false church like the UCC and on the Huffington Post, but deep down he knows he’s a fraud, and he knows we know it.

This is the face of the UCC and theological liberalism.  Should we be surprised that pro-abortion, pro-“same-sex marriage,” anti-Jesus’ divinity, anti-Jesus’ exclusivity, anti-biblical authority “reverends” would stoop to such petty lying?

Obamaville updates

The Occupy Wall Street movement continues to amaze me.

First, from the “you can’t make this up” category, see Occupy Wall Street Kitchen Staff Tired of ‘Freeloaders’?

Apparently some of the folks slaving away to cook politically correct meals for the participants of Occupy Wall Street are sick and tired of working themselves to the bone for homeless people, criminals, and other freeloaders who are eating their food. This is called being mugged by reality.

It is also pretty darn funny.

The New York Post reported that volunteer kitchen staff at Occupy Wall Street are angry about working 18-hour days to feed the protesters but are being taken advantage of by the local homeless people and criminals. And they are going on a work slow down to protest at their protest.

. . .

“We need to limit the amount of food we’re putting out” to curb the influx of derelicts, the Post reports from one Rafael Moreno, a kitchen volunteer.

So, these Occupiers are tired of cooking for freeloaders, eh? And they want to ration the food?

It’s all rather amusing. One wonders if these people see the irony or catch even a whiff of a “lesson,” here?

“Free” invites abuse. Abuse causes rationing.

Can I ask them why they think Obamacare will be any different? Can I ask why they think offering everything else by government for free will result in anything less than obscene abuse and ultimate rationing and ineffectiveness?

Are these Occupy people so unable to think critically that this lesson is lost upon them?

I really hope that some of them see the error of their thinking and convert to conservatism.

Next up, an adult at the OWS movement literally pimped out a 16 yr. old girl.  To recap:

So, the 14-year-old girl sexually assaulted at Occupy Dallas, the 11-year-old boy who got drunk at Occupy Missoula, now the 16-year-old pimped out at Occupy New Hampshire. Anybody see a pattern here? I mean, if it was Catholic priests doing this stuff, somebody would have noticed the pattern.

The “worsening income inequality” meme would not justify the OWS demands (whatever those are), but the facts don’t even back it up:

Let’s compare the change in share of the tax burden since 1980:

See The Evangelical Left’s Nostalgia Trip Down Wall Street for a great analysis of how false teachers like Jim “the Gospel is all about wealth redistribution” Wallis and race-baiting Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie are drawn to these explicitly non-Christian protests and encouraging the covetousness of those involved.
Finally, this explains a lot.

Why Republicans should not vote for Romney

1. He’s a RINO (Republican In Name Only).  Example: As much as he has tried to pretend he is pro-life, it is all just weasel-words in the predictable “I’m personally against crushing and dismembering innocent human beings but if elected I won’t do a thing about it” political spin.

2. Even if he wasn’t a RINO he can’t beat Obama.  He can’t run against Obamacare, because it is mirrored on Romneycare.  And the Democrats and the mainstream media (redundancy alert, I know) are well aware of that.  That’s why they and the Republican elite keep pushing Romney as the front-runner. Their worst-case scenario, which has a slim chance of occurring, would be a President that is almost as Left as Obama.

See Federal Government Provides Life Support for RomneyCare.

State treasurer of MA absolutely shreds RomneyCare, which “has nearly bankrupted the state” and is surviving solely because of federal aid…

“If President Obama and the Democrats repeat the mistake of the health insurance reform here in Massachusetts on a national level, they will threaten to wipe out the American economy within four years,” Cahill said in a press conference in his office.

…[T]he state’s health insurance law…Cahill said, “has nearly bankrupted the state.”

Cahill said the law is being sustained only with the help of federal aid, which he suggested that the Obama administration is funneling to Massachusetts to help the president make the case for a similar plan in Congress…
Voters in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina should take note. After all, they are paying for RomneyCare along with all of the rest of us.
3. The media will do the same thing with Romney that they did with McCain: Be his cheerleader until the primaries are over, then bring out the knives.  Only then will you hear them bring up the oddities of Mormonism and other attacks.
Conclusion: Don’t be suckers and let the Democrats tell you how to vote!

If you like small chunks of heresy . . .

You can follow false teacher Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie on Twitter — see Social Gospel Christianity In 140 Characters.  My guess is that false teacher Jim “the Gospel is all about wealth redistribution” Wallis has an account as well.

The “social gospel” folks are a self-parody, as they are nearly all pro-legalized abortion.  Chuck and Jim would have rather seen their Obamacare dream fail than support the Stupak Amendment, which would have banned taxpayer-funded abortions.  Meditate on that: Their definition of “social gospel” doesn’t just include keeping abortion legal, it means increasing abortions.

I’ve also noticed that the social gospel types don’t present the real Gospel.

Here’s a contest: Who can come up with the best Tweet (140 characters or less) critiquing the hypocrisy of the “social gospel” crowd?  Buzzkill alert: It is one of those contests where the only prize is the satisfaction of winning.  The ruling of the judge is final must be present on the Internet to win etc. etc.

Here are some samples (you don’t have to include the words “social gospel,” I just had room for them:

Social gospel: Congratulating yourself for taking from neighbor A by force to make neighbor B more covetous & comfortable on his way to Hell

Social gospel: Recklessly borrowing from future generations to kill part of future generations via taxpayer-funded abortion

Or state the real Gospel in 140 characters or less:

Jesus died for your sins and rose again.  Repent & believe and have joy, forgiveness and eternal life.

Michele Bachmann continues to impress

While the Left is content to just call her names (“right-wing loon” seems to be a favorite, and they seem to think of it as a robust rebuttal of her positions), Michele Bachmann is making strides.  See Michele Bachmann Sets A Very High Bar at Right Online (emphasis added).

The whole speech felt like it was only a few minutes. It was funny, fascinating, informative, and powerful. She set the bar very, very high for other candidates.

Her tax lawyer background showed in her speech, as did her faith. She used a dollar bill, folding it to show how Barack Obama’s policies have devalued it 14% and how the federal government borrows 42% of every dollar spent. She had the audience join her so they too can show others.

She hit Obama on something few Republicans ever do — unemployment in the Hispanic and black communities, noting how his policies have hurt the very groups he pledged to help. She focused as well on youth unemployment. Black youth in this country face 40% unemployment this summer and Hispanic youth face over 20%. Astonishing.

Bachmann brought the crowd to its feet multiple times. She pledged that she would not fight until Obamacare is repealed. She tackled medicare reform too. She pointed out that while the Democrats are scaring old people about Republican reforms, the Democrats took $500 billion from Medicare to fund healthcare for the young. She says the GOP needs to start pointing out that Barack Obama intends to bankrupt medicare and force senior citizens into Obamacare.

The speech really was dazzling and not because of the zingers and one liners. It was an extremely substantive speech about how Obama’s policies are hurting the country.

Speaking of real loons, check out this lady.  She plays the ridiculous canard that Bible-believing Christians are opposed to gays loving each other.  Hey, go right ahead, lady.  Just don’t throw glitter on people who don’t support your right to a square circle (oops, I mean “same-sex marriage”).
