Leftism literally causes mental disorders

And I mean literally literally.

This has gone on for decades, with Leftists pushing abortion and insisting that it causes no guilt for women. But unless you are a psychopath, you can’t kill another human being – let alone your own child — without psychological consequences. People will try to repress the guilt, but there is a reason that great works of fiction such as Crime and Punishment, Macbeth and The Telltale Heart explore the theme of people trying to rationalize their sins yet failing to do so.

Then there is the “trans” craze, where Leftists actually encourage children to destroy their bodies and their fertility by undergoing radical medical treatments and surgeries. And in purely Satanic moves they block parents from getting their children counseling to overcome their delusions and they try to silence anyone who dares to state the obvious about this mental illness.

Then there is the impact of the climate change hoax, where the Leftists pretend that we can control the earth’s temperature with a virtual thermostat while ignoring that they have no plans to deal with China, India or Russia, who have no intention to derail their economics because the earth might be getting a little warmer.

Witness the congresswoman who is not only gullible and dense but an atrocious parent: ‘The Earth Is On Fire And We’re All Going To Die Soon’: Dem Rep Pleads With Thunberg For Advice For Her Panicked 9-Year-Old Daughter | The Daily Wire. Why didn’t the mother just tell her that it is a political power-grab and nothing to lose sleep over? She could point out how Bill Gates just bought a $43 million beach house and how countless “woke” celebrities buy beach properties as well. They obviously have no fear of rising oceans, and neither should the 9 year old. Oh, and why would you ask a slow-witted 18 yr. old puppet for parenting advice?

Finally, witness how CNN has been caught on video admitting that they deliberately increase fear in their audience for profit: Project Veritas: CNN Insider Admits They Hyped COVID Death Toll, It’s “Gangbusters For Ratings” | Video | RealClearPolitics. Got that? Those kind, loving Leftists are deliberately driving people into mental illness just to make a few more dollars. And yet they stereotype Conservatives as the greedy ones. I know otherwise smart and logical people who are still distancing and wearing masks even though vaccinated, and they concede that they don’t know when they’ll be able to live normally again. So many people suffered despair and crushing loneliness because of the superfluous lock-downs. But the Left didn’t care, because the elites didn’t miss a thing.

Liberalism is a mental disorder, and in its malevolence it literally causes mental disorders.

This is a really important concept for everyone to understand. It is one of the reasons the Left loves vague but all-encompassing topics like “climate change.” Once they bribe or coerce the scientific community to agree with their lies they have unprecedented control over the populace. And no matter what happens, they win. They have no accountability. If the weather gets warmer, their solution is more government. If it gets cooler, same solution. If it goes up and down? More government.

Too bad so many low-information voters believe the lies, and too bad so many wicked people like the “Christian” Left spread them.

These “useful idiots” are leading us to destruction and don’t realize they’ll get destroyed themselves.

I enjoyed Think Like a Freak: The Authors of Freakonomics Offer to Retrain Your Brain, as the authors once again show how the conventional wisdom can often be wrong.  But they ignored one of their own tenets — namely, the importance of incentives — when addressing “climate change.”  

While rightly acknowledging that people are universally influenced by incentives, they seemed mystified that so many conservatives would deny the scientific “facts.”  But they ignored the obvious: When the scientists benefit by advancing the man-induced climate change myth, either directly (i.e., Climahypocrite Al Gore) or indirectly (toe the line or get fired / lose funding / lose tenure / etc.), they are likely to lie.  The authors noted how people will distort the truth in many other venues but ignored it here.

A strategy useful for duping fools is to create a statistic out of thin air and repeat it until it is accepted as fact. After all, as a Founding Father of modern liberalism said, “A lie told often enough becomes the truth.” One such lie is the preposterous but incessantly repeated assertion that 97% of the scientists of the world agree with the Obama Regime’s radical position on man-made global warming — or as they have been calling it since it stopped getting warmer, “climate change.”An actual scientist, Roy Spencer of the University of Alabama, teamed up with Joseph Bast of the Heartland Institute to get to the bottom of where this 97% figure comes from. Apparently it is loosely based on various ideologically driven studies that made not even a token effort to achieve scientific vigor, but simply cherry-picked sympathetic scientists, many of whom had likely been pressured or bribed with government funding into backing the hoax. The view that human carbon emissions might conceivably contribute to warmer temperatures although this is not necessarily a bad thing is stretched into endorsement of the Regime’s apocalyptic hysteria, while dissenters are simply ignored.It would be easier to invent a statistic proving that most scientists say global warming is a lie.

As if these wolves / goatherds listen to him on anything else!  Their new hobby horse is divesting from fossil fuel investments.  How much money does this shrinking denomination have, anyway?  Uh, shouldn’t they be using it to care for the “least of these?”  That’s pretty capitalistic of them!

As soon as I read Bill McKibben’s Rolling Stone article on the terrifying math of global warming it was clear to me that the church needed to provide leadership. Bill and I had been arrested twice at the White House protesting the Keystone XL pipeline, and the three days we spent in jail further clarified for me that in response to the reality of climate change, God is calling the church to a new vocation.

The UCC employs people like false teaching, race-baiting Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie, so expectations are obviously low for them.  Their “God is still speaking,” mantra is comical, considering that they typically do the opposite of what He said in the Bible.

So why do the media, Leftist politicians and education establishments keep insisting that we need to give the government unprecedented, unlimited and permanent power over our lives because of global warming global climate change?  See Another failed prediction for global warming: fewer extreme weather events.  The facts are in — and they have been for a long time for anyone who wanted the truth.  Even if carbon output affected the climate the way the warmists claim, given the reduction in extreme weather events you’d think they’d be asking for increased carbon output.

What they call “climate change” is really just weather.  And even if the changes were real they didn’t prove that they were caused by man.  And even if they were real and were caused by man it doesn’t mean the changes would be all bad.  And even if they were real, caused by man and all bad it doesn’t mean we could prevent them now. (Go ahead, make China stop using fossil fuels.  While you are at it, stop them from spying on our military, piracy, currency manipulation, human rights abuses, infanticide, etc.  I’ll wait here.)

Just as with Darwinian evolution, belief in and advocacy for the falsehood of global warming global climate change became a litmus test to maintain credibility, tenure and employment in Leftist establishments.  The hypocrisy and falsehoods of profiteers like Al Gore are well documented, yet aren’t communicated widely.

Even If It Saves Just One Life: Abortion Regulation NOW

Kermit Gosnell is charged with multiple counts of murder and his motley crue of poorly-trained, unprofessional staff has testified to the number of large, live infants he brutally murdered with the snip of scissors in his clinic. The time has come to have a national conversation about sensible abortion control.

Said the President after Sandy Hook:

“No law or set of laws can keep our children completely safe. But if there’s even one thing we can do, if there’s just one life we can save, we’ve got an obligation to try.”

I agree. We need sensible abortion control. Think of how many classrooms of children lost their lives at the hands of Gosnell. The difference between Gosnell and some other abortionists is that Gosnell was caught. Gosnell didn’t use an AR-15 to snuff out the lives of these live infants. He assaulted them with scissors. Too many to count. There is a photo of one child (via the grand jury testimony) stuffed into a shoebox like a pet hamster. His little legs were too big so they hung out over the sides. Just one life.

Remember, the real issue in the Gosnell case isn’t that he killed babies 30 seconds too late and ran a filthy clinic.  Abortionists kill babies for a living, so why would anyone ever be surprised that they would bend the rules on timing, cleanliness, caring for women, etc.?

The real issue is the political and media blackout.  Deep down they know that he isn’t that unusual, so they can’t draw attention to the morally insignificant time between legal abortions and infanticide.

And they definitely don’t people to know that President Obama and Planned Parenthood are unequivocally on record for the right of abortionists to kill babies who survive abortions.  

Also remember not to let them preach to you about gun control until they address this topic and the media,  political and church silence.  If they really cared about children they would do something about this instead of consciously ignoring it.

And remember that according to the Left, all of these things and more are obviously racist, but Kermit Gosnell giving preferential treatment to white women when he killed their babies is not.  Check.

Two good iPhone apps recommended by my 83 yr. old father — Appygraph (send cards via text, with your pictures pasted in) and Heart Rate (you put your finger on the camera lens and it takes your pulse).  Apparently he’s the go-to guy for high tech.  And my 78 yr. old mom had him text a picture of something to her in a store.  Glad to see they are up on the latest things!

The Atlanta Public School cheating scandal was immense in its breadth and duration, not to mention its recklessness.  This shouldn’t be a surprise, though.  Unionized bureaucrats and teachers rarely have the interests of the children at heart.  It is one more reason the “No Child Left Behind” and all other Federal initiatives are doomed to cause more problems than they solve.  Education funding and incentives should be as local as possible.  Federal initiatives are a waste that just lead to more corruption like this.

Fulton County prosecutors announced that a grand jury had indicted the Atlanta Public Schools’ ex-superintendent and nearly three dozen other former administrators, teachers, principals and other educators of charges arising from a standardized test cheating scandal that rocked the system.

Former Superintendent Beverly Hall faces charges including conspiracy, making false statements and theft because prosecutors said some of the bonuses she received were tied to falsified scores. Hall retired just days before the findings of a state probe were released in mid-2011. A nationally known educator who was named Superintendent of the Year in 2009, Hall has long denied knowing about the cheating or ordering it.

During a news conference Friday, Howard highlighted the case of Juwanna and another student, saying they demonstrated “the plight of many children” in the Atlanta school system.

Their stories were among many that investigators heard in hundreds of interviews with school administrators, staff, parents and students during a 21-month-long investigation.

I think what we’ve got to do is look at everything in our lives and ask, “Is this under the lordship of Christ?” Christ is to be Lord of my whole life—including my house, car, hobbies, television-watching, and whatever role sports may have in my life.

In 1 Corinthians 10:31 we’re told, “Whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” So with anything in my life, I have to say, “Can I do this to God’s glory?” and also “Am I actually doing this to God’s glory?”

Whether it’s fantasy football or quilting, whether it’s Facebooking or email or movie-watching—whatever it is—is this thing an instrument or a tool of God in my life that’s bringing about some good things like rest, recreation, and intellectual stimulation? Or is this thing a bad thing that is distracting me from kingdom priorities? Instead of doing this, could I be developing a relationship with my neighbor, helping someone who’s in need, spending time in God’s Word, reading a great book, or talking with my children?

So it’s not about legalism or a hard and fast rule that says, “You must do this or you must do that.” But it is about weighing and evaluating and finding a balance in our lives. . . .

Good news!  Passerby with concealed carry in Wisconsin saves woman’s life.  Too bad the media won’t run that story for weeks on end.
