We need more Bible here. God says the false witness should receive the punishment that they would have gotten. That would reduce these life-destroying false accusations. Deuteronomy 19:18–21 The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. And the rest shall hear and fear, and shall never again commit any such evil among you. Your eye shall not pity. It shall be life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
The consequences of being falsely accused of rape can be enormous. Jobs can be lost, relationships can end and the stress can drive a sane man to therapy — and of course, it’s considerably worse if you get convicted. In this case, some of these guys spent 10 days in JAIL for something that they didn’t do and you know when they’re on their death beds one day, being falsely accused of rape is going to be on their list of worst memories.
Making that kind of false accusation is a serious crime with major consequences.Yet, she’s getting a free pass for it because she’s young and female. Despite the fact that she lied, they’re still refusing to even release her name. Inevitably, these kinds of rulings incentivize false rape accusations, which are much more frequent than most people realize. When women can lie about being raped, put men through Hell and get a free pass for it, the message is that making a false accusation is no big deal. That needs to change.

On women and the draft, that article linked in the article you linked is from Feb., 2019. According to the Selective Service, women currently CANNOT be drafted. I’m opposed to women in combat as well, but equality is NOT the aim; power is the aim. Power to be in if they want and NOT if they don’t want. Power that men don’t have. (I experienced the odd dichotomy of “equality” in the Air Force in the ’80’s. Female coworkers complained that they didn’t get equal treatment, but when I offered to treat them equally — e.g., “Here, you carry this 80 lb transmitter.” — they refused.)

Exactly! The endless double standards of feminism. You also see that in the home sometimes. Women want help with housework inside, but ignore the fact that men are doing the yardwork, taking out trash, etc.

The one big problem I see with the feminist nonsense, particularly something as serious as the draft, is with those women who don’t subscribe to it. Most women do NOT want to participate in combat or anything related to it, including boot camp training after being drafted. They’ll suffer because a minority of women think they do anything a man can do, which is absurd for most things physical.

It’s not what you want but how you vote. Single women–cause let’s face it, that’s what makes up the bulk of feminists–tend to vote for people who will draft them to prove a dumb point, in the same way, they call it a victory for feminism when a man in a dress wins against women in sports. Sure, they might be put into a position where they ought not be, and they might get blown to pieces in a battle somewhere, but that’s the price these poor hapless liberal women have to pay to insure the triumph of the feminism that they voted for.
