Atheists and the “Christian” Left have remarkably similar worldviews. The atheists are just more honest.
The “Christian” Left believes the opposite of what Christians do on the essentials of the faith and much more. Not just a little different, but the opposite. So do atheists.
Churchgoers who support “same-sex marriage” have nearly identical views to the world. It shows who their real father is.

Both atheists and the “Christian” Left are pro-abortion, though to the atheists’ credit they are less extreme*.
Both deny the divinity of Jesus.
Both deny that Jesus is the only way to salvation.
Both mock the word of God.
Both support the LGBTQX extremist agenda.
Both want to petition Caesar to take from neighbor A by force to give — oops, I mean redistribute — to neighbor B and to call it generosity on their part.
Both deny miracles.
Both trust in Darwinian evolution, with the “Christian” Left often worshiping Darwin over Jesus.
And so on. Don’t be fooled by the wolves of the “Christian” Left.

*The “Christian” Left is far more extreme in their pro-abortion agenda than the average pro-choice person. They insist that life begins at the first breath and insist that Jesus is fine with killing unwanted children until that point. I realize how ridiculous their views sound and how many people must think I’m making a straw-man argument. But that is just because their own words are so clear and extreme: “According to the bible, a fetus is not a living person with a soul until after drawing its first breath.” More here about how to respond, with full, in-context quotes from them.

So, you’re basically trusting a poll (excuse me-“survey”) published by a 501c3 advocacy group (Witherspoon Institute), authored by an associate professor, with no data on methodology, as if it was science?
Total ignorance, nonsense and BS. If it was real, the author would have subjected his study to peer review. It’s issue advocacy, no better than a “person on the street” interview.

A survey is not false based on who authors it. That would be the genetic fallacy.
Wanting methodology is one thing, but you complain about a lot more than that.

If a survey is sponsored by a 501c3 advocacy group, it’s suspect by nature. That’s fact, not a fallacy. Such an organization can’t by law be objective. Every 501c3 has an agenda to support. They aren’t research groups or universities, or even R&D divisions of corporations. They have an issues-dependent mission, or they don’t get their tax exemption.

All surveys of all kinds are suspect by nature. Your dislike of tax-free organizations does not change the quality of their research, no matter how much you want it to.

Nope, it really is a fallacy to discount data because you don’t like the group who produces it.

Slander combined with fallacy. Any organization can be as objective as any other; all have biases. Picking out one organization (charity or otherwise) is arbitrary.

All organizations are composed of human beings who have biases, agendas, political and religious views, and preconceived notions. You must rule out all studies by your standard, but you do not.

Even a cursory examination of peer reviewed “research” by sociology departments at universities exposes your claim as ridiculous. There are incredible biases at liberal state-run universities, and the “peer reviewed research” they produce is often incomprehensible drivel. This is irrelevant. The question is whether the methodology was legitimate. Hand-wringing about who funded or performed the survey is a waste of time, and, as I’ve said multiple times, it is fallacious because you discount research not on its merits, but on its source.
