Great news out of North Carolina!  North Carolina Republicans get pro-life bill signed into law.

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory on Monday signed into law a measure directing state officials to regulate abortion clinics based on the same standards as those for outpatient surgical centers, a change that critics say will force most to close.

6 eternal truths to remember each day — great advice.  These will keep things in perspective.  Visit the link for more detail.  Eternity matters!  At least that’s what the title of this blog says.  Spend more time thinking about it.

1. There are only two eternal destinations—Heaven or Hell—and I and every person I know will go to one or the other.

2. This world (as it is now) is not my home and everything in it will burn, leaving behind only what’s eternal.

3. My choices and actions in this life have a direct influence on the world and the life to come.

4. My life is being examined by God, the Audience of One, and the only appraisal of my life that will ultimately matter is His.

5. God is sovereign, and I can trust that He is working all things—including the most difficult things—in my life together for good.

6. My ultimate home will be the New Earth, where I will see and enjoy God and serve Him as a resurrected being in a resurrected human society.

100 fossil group study overturns evolution claims? But so? Still business as usual for the Darwin lobby — Don’t expect to read about this in the mainstream media or in public school textbooks.  This is huge.

In a new paper, recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, evolutionary biologists from the Department of Biology & Biochemistry looked at nearly one hundred fossil groups to test the notion that it takes groups of animals many millions of years to reach their maximum diversity of form.

Contrary to popular belief, not all animal groups continued to evolve fundamentally new morphologies through time. The majority actually achieved their greatest diversity of form (disparity) relatively early in their histories.

Lead researcher from the Department of Biology & Biochemistry, Dr Matthew Wills said: “This pattern, known as ‘early high disparity’, turns the traditional V-shaped cone model of evolution on its head.

So what if those are the facts? The Darwin lobby still has pundits, lawmakers, and celebs to spread their “branching tree of life” message.

The real war on women: Nancy Pelosi must resign from the House over Bob Filner coverup.  That is typically horrible and cynical politics by the Democrats and their media accomplices.  While deliberately misinterpreting even the smallest phrases (“binders full of women”) they suppressed the truth about truly anti-women behavior.

Answer to Why Obama Wants to Destroy America — He is doing what his hero, Saul Alinsky, taught him to do.  And the consequences are already evident.  This will get worse with immigration “reform.”

The Washington Times reports:

“Under Reagan, adult black unemployment fell by 20 percent, but under Mr. Obama, it has increased by 42 percent. Black teenage unemployment fell by 16 percent under Reagan, but has risen by 56 percent under Mr. Obama. The increase in unemployment rates has been far worse for blacks under Mr. Obama than for whites and Hispanics. Inflation-adjusted real incomes are slightly higher for Hispanics and whites than they were in 2008, but are lower for blacks. The labor force participation rate has fallen for all groups, but remains far lower for blacks than for whites and Hispanics.”

It is bizarre but telling that pro-abortionists would react so strongly to accurate replicas of human beings.  Remember that to them showing a plastic model is extreme and unsettling but crushing and dismembering a real human being at that stage is not.

  1. The reason liberals don’t like people to see models of unborn children is that they so easily destroy the misinformation that is peddled to keep abortion legal. Seeing an accurate model of what an unborn child really looks like makes it quite obvious that it’s not just a “blob of tissue” or a “clump of cells” as PP and other abortion advocates will tell you. In fact, it makes it quite obvious that this is a human child, tiiny though he may be. The facts are all on the pro-life side. It is the pro-abortion side that wants to keep people ignorant. That the pro-aborts are so obviously against the spread of factual information about fetal development just makes this more evident.

  2. Re Black unemployment: I, given that I oppose Obama due to his immoral policies, am called a racist. But the true racism and hatred is the kind that blinds one to their own worsening prospects for a productive life just because the one doing it has the right color skin. Rice summed it up well in the meme you posted. This is a tragedy. We should have known that electing a Democrat, even a half-black Democrat, would have made racial tensions worse. Doesn’t it always?
