Have you heard about the business owner who has been harassed, vandalized and now shot just because he opposes unions? There are two problems here: The rampant union violence / thuggery plus the media’s bias in not reporting on it. See Shocking! No Major Media Report Attempted Murder by Union Thugs | Verum Serum.
Yesterday I posted about this dramatic story out of Ohio in which a long time thorn in the side of local unions (not for activism but for refusing to unionize his workers) was shot at by a man vandalizing his car.
You would think, in the wake of Wisconsin and Tuscon, that a story with this many angles would attract at least a little national attention. Well, you’d be wrong.
. . .
Had this gone the other way, you can bet we’d have seen headlines reading “Union battles spill over into violence.” And yet the press seems to see no larger narrative in this case. Just a local crime story or as Charlie Gibson might say, one to leave to the cables. I wonder why?
I oppose “hate crime” legislation, but if this wasn’t a hate crime, nothing is. Why do the Leftists whine about Rick Perry’s hyperbole yet completely ignore violence like this? You could run a union violence and intimidation story every day.
Media is Left-wing, unions are Left-wing – they have to protect each other. Man, I really can’t stand unions.

Drudge had this up yesterday. So I am good. 🙂
But this incident is disgusting and typical of union thuggery.
