You are just like my roommate that explained Law & Order to me. First 5 minutes, murder, next 20 minutes, police work. By 35 after the hour, it’s passed over to Law. Court case… case closed at 2 before the hour! Never could watch it again after that.
I even began to look at programs like that. Star Trek Next Generation — intense almost near death episode until 5 till the hour… then some scientific technological break through to save the day… one that we could never doubt because after all, who actually knows how a subterfuge-fusion photon reactor actually works?

Yes, Wallis & Co. are classic false teachers. They come in with feel-good rhetoric (as if we opposed helping the poor) but change the Gospel to say it is “all about” the redistribution of wealth (Wallis’ words).

I got a good chuckle out of the House graph. It doesn’t ruin my enjoyment of the show though. Watching House for medical or diagnostic accuracy is like watching 2 and 1/2 men for something comedic value.;)
Another great thing about House is how they portray the doctor-nurse roles. I challenge you to find so many doctors available to run after every call bell or pour over every chart in a real-world hospital.
My wife is a nurse and we both get a kick out of how they are only good for bedpans and sheet changing in the show.
