Publicly funded abortions and racism

Why do proabortionists want you to fund abortions with your tax dollars?  Is it because the ratio of black abortions to white is “only” three to one?  How high do they want it to be?

The abortion ratio for black women (491 per 1,000 live births) was 3.0 times the ratio for white women (165 per 1,000), and the ratio for women of the nonhomogeneous “other” race category (347 per 1,000) was 2.1 times the ratio for white women — source.

And yes, I used the term pro-abortion instead of just pro-legalized abortion.  When you want to force other people to fund abortions then you can no longer claim to be pro-choice or even just pro-legalized abortion.

More on racism and abortion here, and don’t forget about Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger.

  1. Oh, I’ve abandoned terms like “pro-choice” long ago and sometimes, when I’m feeling really feisty, use the most accurate term, “pro-baby killing”. To me it’s a simple case of, ‘if you’re not against it, you’re for it’. I’m against the taking of innocent lives in the womb. For one to say one opposes telling others what to do with human lives is a sorry dodge indeed. There were those who felt the same about slavery long ago. A person is a person is a person, be he microscopic or about to breath his last.

  2. Because if they are using the tax dollars then they have ‘no reason’ to lower them….in fact they need to raise them even more so we can fund government sanctioned spiritual suicide!

How many souls have you turned today??

  3. It is sad that so many black people don’t know Planned Parenthood’s past. I have never heard a black preacher speaking about abortion. Ever.

  4. All I can say are the following two sentences:

    Bad root=bad fruit; and

Like any other number of issues (e.g, ex-gays), the people that deny the sordid perversion of PP (even today, and not just about race) are either ignorant or lying.
